| - Holi 2007! This year the burning of Holika was a great experience. Holika was ignited on the field across from Temple and burned for hours. The ash was collected and distributed to everyone on Sunday morning. The outdoor festivities were truly fun and exciting. The weather was perfect thus painting a beautiful South Florida day out in the sun. Holi started with a wonderful procession that ended everyone covered in various colors of abheer. The mango chow and roast corn was a delicious topping to a fun filled day. |

| - SR Meeting: Saturday March 17th from 2 – 5 pm in the Shiva Mandir. All members are encouraged to attend this meeting as we will discuss future events and start planning for Hanuman Jayanti. The SR Youth Group is planning on decorating the Temple for this occasion by making a large banner for the front of the temple and some creative artwork for inside the Temple. Please come and show your support! |
